Meet Heather
Heather began her professional dog walking career back in 2021, mixing her love of animals with the great outdoors, She shares her home with Penny the Jack Russell, six cats and a few hens. She is passionate about helping every dog live their best life. With qualifications in Canine Behaviour, First Aid and Welfare, Heather is our qualified Dog Trainer and Home Boarder, as well as walking dogs each day.
Meet Siobhan
Siobhan has a background in fostering former street dogs, and lives with Cora, her Romanian rescue dog. She believes that dogs thrive when their walks are designed around their individual preferences and abilities, and is passionate about providing adventures that are safe and fun for each individual dog. Siobhan is qualified in pet First Aid, and is studying towards her MDWA membership Siobhan is our In-Home Pet Sitter, as well as our daily dog walker.

Heather has cared for our two dachshunds for years, both as a home boarder and weekly Walkies, and Siobhan has stepped in more recently when Heather hasn't been available. Both ladies care tremendously about our dogs and their welfare. They tailor their walks to best keep them safe and to their personalities. W e are kept informed of any plan changes and if there are any concerns that have arisen during their adventures. feel they truly know our dogs and it is a highlight of my day to read the daily reports to see the inevitable antics they have been up to! Both dogs are very excited when they know they are going on 'adventures' so I know they have a brilliant time too. I will also be forever grateful to Heather and Siobhan for their assistance when I went into early labour with my daughter and ended up with an unexpected short hospital stay. They coordinated our dogs' care between themselves and another dog boarder/walker which took a massive amount of pressure off us whilst we adapted to parenthood 100% recommend Horwich Canine Company as they care so much about the dogs' welfare and happiness and also work very well with owners to ensure this.
